Technician was great. Very helpful. However, he was 4 hours late to my home. I think it’s important to keep the customer up to date on where the technician is throughout the day. I had to call AW 3 times to get an update.

Your technicians were absolutely delightful! Quick, thorough, efficient, neat, polite! The two technicians couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I asked them to both wear masks, while in my home, as my husband is a cancer patient and they agreed willingly! They even gave their best regards towards his health. Delightful to have had them here. They checked my system out and let me know what might need repairs, come spring.

On the day Jerome came to my house for a mid season check of our system, we were experiencing a brutal heat wave. The searing sun did not deter him for a minute as he painstakingly went through every zone of our system. Tested lights, tightened 1 uplight to stake for back right holly, discussed coverage on several Hollies and Japanese Maple on the left side. Troubleshoot 1 path light not turning on, right side gate, and determined that the fixture is broken. Recommended to replace it. Customer declined replacing with currently supplied path light because it’s not identical to existing fixture. Suggested replacing both path lights on the right side, but customer opted to try to locate identical match to existing light. Waived troubleshooting fee as a courtesy.
